¿Cómo funciona el sector inmobiliario en Miami? | Parte 1: MLS y Constructoras

Hola, soy Stephanie Cabral, broker owner de Cabral Group Realty. En este vídeo voy a responder algunas de las...

I first lived in Doral for two years before moving to North Miami. I would’ve preferred Miami Lakes though. Coral Gables is super nice if you have super nice money! Kendall is a bit of a commute if you have to work down town. Maybe stay away from Little Havana and Little Haiti and Opa Locka. North of Miami-Dade county is Broward county. There are a lot more Black people here. If I moved back to South Florida I’d look into Miramar or Pembroke Pines. The closer you are to the beach, the more expensive it is.

  1. Hiiiii i am born/raised & still living in south Florida hope this helps someone
Good: pinecrest, kendall, sunset, coral gables, coconut grove, pembroke pines, south west ranches, Davie, plantation, south miami, ball harbor, brickell, edge water, sunny isles, Miami Beach, Miami lakes, hollywood, miramar

Hood: Florida city, overtown, lil Haiti, opalocka, Carol city, cutler ridge, lauderhill, lil Havana, Brownsville, west perrine, goulds, south Miami heights, naranja, allapattah, Ives Dairy

but really each city has a hood side and good side, there are some parts of coral gables I would not walk around

  2. This was fantastic!🙌🏻👍👍. I lived in Kendall/The Crossings area off of 88 SW St in 2018. That area was convenient as there is an exit/on ramp onto the FL Turnpike right there. I LOL’d when you mentioned Lauderhill🙌🏻😭😭. Yes, it’s a tough neighborhood.

  3. I'm moving from Philly to Fort Lauderdale in early 2021. I've lived in Philly for all 24 years of my life. Would you have any tips on moving somewhere you are not familiar with? I do have some butterflies lol.

  4. you nailed it, having lived in South Florida for past 12 years, I have lived in Weston, Miami(Doral/Fontainbleau),Pembroke Pines, I would recommend west of Pembroke and West of Miramar and Weston, other than that other cities are very congested , also if you keep on going North Coral Springs, Boca etc it gets better

  5. Hey this is exactly what I was looking for. I'm born in the UK but I'm moving to Florida for work, I'm used to areas of mixed ethnicity and love it but I am also Sikh so wonder if there was a community in Miami? I think there's a Gurdwara near Pembroke Pines but not sure if they actually live there.
