Alba Palm Beach Breaks Ground as
West Palm Beach’s Newest Waterfront Luxury Boutique Residences
Developed by Kenneth Baboun of BGI Companies, Alba Palm Beach is slated to be delivered in 2025 in the burgeoning neighborhood of Northwood
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The City of West Palm Beach, BGI Companies, an Blue Road announces the groundbreaking of Alba Palm Beach with an expected completion in 2025. As West Palm Beach’s newest coveted waterfront address, Alba Palm Beach, located at 4714 N.
