Community Grants Program (CG) – First Quarter FY2018-19
This is a quarterly program for non-profit organizations developing small to medium scale community-based cultural programs, projects and events, such as fairs, parades, neighborhood festivals, conferences and publications.

• Grant Application Deadline:  June 28, 2018 at 11:59 PM

Tourist Development Council (TDC) – First Quarter FY2018-2019
This is a quarterly program which provides support to significant cultural and/or special events, including sports activities and television/film origination projects that promote Miami-Dade County’s appeal as a tourist destination. Activities must be able to stimulate tourism and have significant media impact for Miami-Dade County.

Art in Public Places Artist Call: Caribbean Village

Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs through its Art in Public Places Program and Miami Dade County Public Housing and Community Development request qualifications from professional artists and/or artist teams to create artworks for Caribbean Village, a new high rise offering affordable units for seniors. The selected artist(s) will design a unique artwork that will contribute to the identity of this facility and bring an unexpected and delightful encounters for residents, visitors and passers-by. VSA Florida 2018 Summer Camp for teens with autism and related disabilities
June 18 – 22, 2018

Animation Gets Real is presented by the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs All Kids Included Initiative in partnership with Miami-Dade Public Library System and VSA Florida.

Summer Camp for students ages 13-22 with autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities who are able to follow instructions, independently communicate and participate in a group setting. Held at the North Dade Regional Library, 2455 NW 183 Street, Miami Gardens, FL 33056.

From Idea to Reality

Every successful creative project begins with one thing: a good idea. Join the Arts & Business Council in bringing arts groups, entrepreneurs, makers and startups together for an event to nurture a robust creative eco-system on June 13, 2018 at We Work in Downtown Miami. From Idea to Reality is part conversation and part business and legal clinic. The program features an inspiring opening talk by national thought leader Michael Docherty from NextBig followed by a changemakers panel.
