Giménez questioned witnesses in a full Homeland Security Committee hearing entitled Havoc in the Heartland: How Secretary Mayorkas’ Failed Leadership has Impacted the States to examine Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas severe and continued dereliction of duty.
