MIAMI, FL - Today, Congressman Carlos A. Gimenez (FL-28), who represents South Florida and the Florida Keys, sounded the alarm on the humanitarian and security crisis in Haiti and its impact on the community he represents. The political unrest and rampant gang violence are creating conditions for another mass migration surge that will directly impact South Florida and the Florida Keys. Rep.
