Here is an update on the Orlando real estate market for August 2022. Orlando Home sales decreased when we compare sales in July. We also noticed the average sale price decreased compared to last month. Home appreciation just may be slowing down. Interest rates have decreased slightly and they are currently projected to slow down over the next year.
