Rep. Carlos Gimenez Applauds Decision to Reject Consolidating Florida's Courts

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Carlos A. Giménez (FL-28), the Representative of the Florida Keys, applauded the decision to reject a proposal to consolidate some of Florida's judicial courts. This proposal would have meant certain court circuits, such as the one in the Florida Keys, would merge with larger neighboring court circuits, like Miami-Dade County's.
